Data Centre Maintenance

The Data Centre have confirmed this weekends work is now complete.

Our platform has remained online and stable throughout.

Day 2 Works have commenced.

Our engineer is onsite in case any issues occur.

The Data Centre have confirmed both HV Supplies have been reinstated, after works today.

Our platform has remained online and stable throughout.

Further works will be completed from 8AM tomorrow, our engineer will again attend site whilst these are ongoing.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Our data centre provider have announced the following works.

_Isolation of each HV supply in turn to allow for installation of temporary automatic transfer switch control panels which will control the main incomer and generator supplies during the migration of the generator controls to the new system. During each isolation, the site will be supported by the alternative HV supply.

Timeline of Events:

Start: Week 14; 06 April 2024; 08:00 GMT
End : Week 14; 07 April 2024; 19:00 GMT

Impact:

No impact to customer equipment is expected.

The following precautions have been taken:

Damaged HV tripping batteries have been replaced. Damaged LV panel 24v power supplies and associated batteries have been removed. New, dual fed and UPS backed 24v power supplies have been installed in all LV panels. SCADA load shedding and automatic switching of LV panel functions have been removed.

Notifications will be sent before each step of the works to ensure all customers are kept informed throughout the procedure._

This is a reschedule of failed works from February. The data centre is advising that no customer impact is expected, however we cannot guarantee this.

Updates will be posted to this notification as and when they are received from the data centre. We will have an engineer onsite during the works, as a precaution, in case of any issues.
