We're aware of some customers receiving a 404 / Page Not Found message when paying by card.

We have identified the root cause of this and are currently working on a fix, however we don't currently have an ETA for this to be implemented.

In the meantime, please be assured this is not effecting the actual payment and you will receive an email to confirm your payment has been successfully processed.

We can also confirm that automated payments processed overnight are not effected.
