We're pleased to say this afternoon's work has now been completed successfully and the Portal, Cloud Configurator and Direct Debit are now live.

We're running a little bit over time here, we're just waiting on some final information to copy over from the previous server platform, before completing the maintenance. We estimate this to now be complete in approximately 30-45 minutes.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be making some improvements and general maintenance to the Hooble Portal. The work we intend to undertake in this maintenance window includes:
Direct Debit - We are pleased to say we can now accept Direct Debit payments - you can set your Direct Debit up through your client account, upon completion of this maintenance window.
Cloud Configurator - We've redesigned our online ordering process and rebuilt it from the ground up. Key features of the new experience include:
** Our Cloud Configurator - We're aware that when ordering our Cloud Solutions there are a lot of questions to answer, that haven't always made sense in the past. Our new Cloud Configurator shows only the options relevant to your order, to help make the order process a little more friendly.
**Estimated Discounts - Where a discount applies to your order, this is added as a separate line on your invoice. However we're pleased to say that an estimate of the discount will now be shown during the ordering process.
**Increased Maintainability - Despite our best efforts sometimes issues do slip through our ISO 27001 accredited Development and Test process. When this happens we'll be able to fix these issues much quicker than was the case with our previous online ordering process.
Whilst this maintenance is ongoing, your client area will be unavailable. Our support team will be reachable as normal during this period, however they may not be able to access some account specific information.
At this time, these changes only apply to the main Hooble portal, we will be scheduling a rollout for the Partner Portal in due course.
