This Friday evening (15th May 2020) at 6pm, we are making changes to our Internet routing. This is to add additional resiliency to our already resilient network.

All precautions are being taken to ensure that all services remain online during this activity. As such, we do not anticipate that any customers will lose access to their services during this period.

Engineers will be onsite and closely monitoring the entire network during this change with a clear failback plan in the unlikely event that there are any issues.
