The legacy gateway has now been retired. If you have not updated your card details, or setup a Direct Debit mandate you will need to do so before your next invoice is due to ensure no interruption to services.
We've noticed an increase in reports from customers with accounts still using our legacy card processor, that payments are failing to proceed to display their bank's verification page when prompted for 3D Secure authentication.
Should this happen to yourself, please contact support who will perform a payment reset on your account to resolve this.
