We are currently getting the MPLS Connection swapped to another network stack within our provider. We will update you once this is complete and services are restored.
Yesterday we brought online our London BGP Link, this will take up to a week to enter the world wide routing tables, at present there is a issue with the MPLS Link between our Cheltenham and London DC Sites, meaning that traffic destined for London VM's is not reaching its server. We are working with our connectivity partner to resolve this as soon as possible.
