This has now been resolved and any further payments that were due to be taken during the incident will be processed later this evening.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our merchant provider, preventing us from accepting Visa / MasterCard (including Solo / Maestro / Electron and other Visa / MasterCard Debit brands) payments.

American Express (AMEX) payments remain uneffected.

We are working to restore the ability to accept these payment methods and will provide a further update here in due course.

Your services are not effected by this and until this is resolved we have paused automatic suspension of services.
