We have just received the following notification from our Data Centre Provider of required emergency remedial works following their recent incident.
_Systems Affected: HVA/HVB tripping batteries
Purpose: Replacement of damaged HV tripping batteries. We will be undertaking emergency maintenance to replace the damaged tripping batteries for HVA and HVB systems.
Timeline of Events: Start: Week 7; 18 February 2024; 00:30 GMT End: Week 7; 18 February 2024; 06:30 GMT
Impact: No impact is expected to customer supply. Only one HV system will be worked on at a time. Critical equipment will be monitored at all times and updates will be sent out accordingly._
We have queried and been promised further detail on this, once we will receive we will update this notice.
