We have received a further update from the Data Centre:

"We have identified the source of a control failure that was holding open circuit breakers feeding critical load on two of our systems.

We expect restoration of critical power within the next 90 minutes. We will then work to ensure that all cabinets that have been impacted are back online."

The Data Centre have advised the following - "We have experienced unexpected circuit breaker trips. Some customer load has been affected by the circuit breaker trips. Our onsite team is actively working to restore power to any customers that have been affected."

We are continuing to press for further updates and ETA for power restoration. Once we have this we will update further with regard to restoration of services for our customers.

Our location in London appears to have suffered a full power outage. We are awaiting further information from the DC and will advise accordingly ASAP.
