The maintenance is now complete. Thanks for your patience.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We are currently performing emergency maintenance on WinWeb1 to complete the patching to prevent attacks against the HTTP/2 Rapid Reset (CVE-2023-44487) attack vector.
These will involve rebooting the server, unfortunately this does mean there will be intermittent periods of downtime for Windows Hosting packages through this afternoon. Normally we would schedule such updates to take place late at night, however due to the potential severity of the Rapid Reset exploit, this does need to be done as a matter of urgency and cannot wait for a scheduled maintenance window.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but trust you will agree that ensuring the security of the platform and our customer's data justifies this in hours emergency maintenance period.
Linux Hosting packages are unaffected by this maintenance, we have been able to mitigate the risk from this exploit on the Linux platform without any interruption to customer services.
