Our Telecoms provider returned to normal service at 12:32 UTC, 03/05/2023. Our phone lines are now operating normally.

Our telecoms provider have identified the root cause of the issues and are rolling out a resolution. They currently estimate normal service to resume within the next 30 minutes.

Our telecoms provider are currently advising of "seeing significantly degraded post-dial delay on inbound and outbound calls. The delay is substantial and will therefore feel like calls aren't completing."

They are investigating the issue at present, however until this is resolved we would advise raising a ticket by emailing support@hooble.co.uk, or live chat on any page of our website for any support queries. We will update this as we receive updates from the provider.
