As part of our ongoing improvement strategy and due to the ongoing rise of energy costs, we will be implementing some positive changes to our Cloud platform.
This will affect all Hooble customers, with the exception of DNS queries on domains using our name servers and services hosted outside of Hooble’s datacentre such as Microsoft 365.
To facilitate this, we will be conducting some necessary maintenance on Sunday 30th October 2022 starting at 1am. We estimate that this maintenance period will take 4 hours to complete in its entirety, but most customers will see services return before then.
During this maintenance, we will be carrying out a refresh of our infrastructure to improve performance and increase its overall efficiency.
