We've experienced power issues in our data centre this morning. Whilst we do have 3 diverse feeds in order to prevent such an occurrence, this morning's issue affected all 3 feeds.

Your services should be coming back online now, if you are still experiencing issues please let us know by reply to this email.

We are working with our Data Centre partner to find out the cause of this issue and the steps they are taking to prevent a recurrence. In the meantime please accept our apologies for the disruption this morning.

All sensors are now reporting power available back over all three power feeds. We are going to proceed with starting services up again.

This morning we experienced a power loss on 3 separate feeds to some of our racks in London. This has been resolved and is now coming back online. This is been investigated by the Datacentre at present as a matter of urgency whilst we bring back services online.
