We've completed our post deployment checks and the Client Area is now accessible again.
Our checks are taking a little longer than anticipated, we are working to re-enable the client area as soon as possible however this maintenence window may over run by approx 30 minutes.
The main deployment and updates have now been completed, we're just performing some final tests to ensure everything is working as expected prior to re-enabling the client area.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We've made a change to the schedule.
We're going to be performing some updates to our client portal. This includes an update to the core software as well as some bug fixes in our custom code and email templates.
This update provides new features to manage access to your account and also lays the groundwork for further upcoming improvements to the domain name, web and email hosting ordering process.
During the maintenance window, your client portal will be inaccessible and we won't be able to answer any billing related queries. We will still be able to assist with technical queries, although for Web Hosting customers, in some instances it may take a little longer than usual if we need to access your package.
