The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Following resolution of the issues encountered, this is the rescheduled works from Thursday 13th May.
We're going to be performing some updates to our partner portal. This includes an update to the core software as well as some bug fixes in our custom code and email templates.
In addition we're going to be moving the partner portal to a new server platform, to ensure continued performance and stability.
This update provides new features to manage access to your account and also lays the groundwork for further upcoming improvements to the domain name, web and email hosting ordering process.
During the maintenance window, your partner portal will be inaccessible and we won't be able to answer any billing related queries. We will still be able to assist with technical queries, although for Web Hosting packages, in some instances it may take a little longer than usual if we need to access your package.
