This now appears to have been resolved in a newer update to the software. Please advise if this is still occurring for you via support at support@hooble.co.uk or raise a ticket via your account.
Some users have reported issues with their start button not working in the Windows 10 operating system, this is related to a Cloudcare update affecting Windows 10. We advise disabling the behaviour shield but leaving your File shield active in your policy. We have applied this to all managed service customers.
