We're going to be performing a routine update to our Helpdesk software, to bring it into line with the current feature and security patches from the vendor.
Additionally we will be rolling out a new reporting functionality for Cloud Support customers.
During this maintenance the Helpdesk system (including the functionality to raise tickets via the your client portal) will not be accessible / may show an error. Queries raised via email will be actioned once the maintenance is completed.
For customers with telephone support, this remains unaffected.
