We are performing a software update and some general maintenance on our Helpdesk system used to record and respond to support queries. This is to ensure ongoing stability of the system and aid with the ability of the system to scale as we grow.
There will be a short period where the system will be unavailable, for both the raising new issues and checking the status of existing issues.
Any emails raising new issues or updating existing issues updated will be held back and processed once the maintenance is completed.
Our team will remain contactable via telephone in the usual manner where your services do include out of hours support.
Any issues raised via telephone will be attended to in the normal manner, but logged once the maintenance is completed.
