Investigating Incident

This has now been resolved and a report has been made available at request.

We have completed the restoration of services, every service will be back online now and accessible. We are continuing to investigate the cause.

All services are back online including telephone support. We will investigate this and report back further with information once confirmed.

Services are returning now, these are starting at present so not all services will return at once. We will update once we have completed this.

We are currently investigating an incident effecting some users of the service and our customer support portals and numbers. We will post any further updates as soon as we have them.
