During the work some incorrect invoices were sent, I can confirm these invoices have now been cancelled and no payments taken.
We are working with the vendor to understand why this has happened, in the meantime we have disabled the daily automation and will not re-enable it until we are confident the issue will not re-occur.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
