It appears all Visa payments are now working correctly.
At the moment, Visa is experiencing technical issues throughout the UK & Europe impacting some payments. Visa's technical team are working hard to get this resolved. Your payments will attempt to collect every 24 hours, simply ignore the declined payment notification and this will resolve itself once Visa is back online.
